Individual prayer sessions are a blessing. God is faithful to help us as we lift up to Him those who come for individual prayer. We understand that we all have areas of pain in our lives. God is the only one who can reach into those dark areas with complete understanding, and love, and bring about healing.
Here at Grace and Gift Ministries we want to be sure that you know that we are not professional counselors. We will pray for you, but we do not (and will not) counsel you. There are trained professionals who are able to help you if you should need psychological care. Grace and Gift ministers are not psychologists. Please utilize the skills of good psychologists - a blessed counselor is a gift.
When you schedule a prayer session, we will lift you up to the Lord as we prepare ourselves to meet with you. When you arrive for a prayer session, you will have already been prayed for. We will ask you to sign a consent form for us, and then we will briefly discuss the forms that you have filled out (intake form and family tree form). We will ask you to tell us a little bit about your story and then we will start to pray.
The time of prayer is blessed, full of Christ’s peace, and usually quiet unless we are praying out loud for you. Our goal is to provide you with a safe place where you are able to receive healing prayers.
It is an honor to pray for you! We pray that you will have the courage to receive all of the love and blessings that our Lord has for you through prayer. Please contact Allison Bollegar to schedule a time for prayer. Use the "Contact" link in this site to send her a message with your contact information.
*Grace and Gift Ministries does hold the prayer session with the greatest of confidentiality; however, we are required to report certain things. For example, child abuse. Child abuse that has to be reported includes abuse that has been done (or is done) to anyone, if the victim is still under the age of 18. For more details, please see the informed consent form.
